Crochet Swirl Cushion | Knit Rowan

Some crochet inspiration for you to ponder . . . I just love this website:

Crochet Swirl Cushion | Knit Rowan.

Isn’t it just lovely!  The pattern is free, but you must register to download.  I checked it out, and it is a very easy pattern.  A few adjustments I would make though.  Instead of it being a pillow cushion, I think it would make bigger, and do a fabulous rug.  (I probably wouldn’t let anyone walk on it tho!)  Or, even a wall hanging.  I also thought, instead of crocheting the base fabric to attach the swirls to, maybe a nice sturdy piece of burlap.  Wouldn’t this be a great stash buster?

In my spare time, I craft and blog. Crochet is my obsession, my compulsion. My best friend, my therapist. I also have learned I love to knit! Who knew??? I may never be a master knitter, but I am a happy knitter. :D Work, family, Women's Pool League, crafting and blogging. Pretty much takes up every waking minute of every day, but besides that I love movies and music (which I can enjoy while I am crafting!). And here I thought I didn't have a life!
