I love this website. So very informative. This article gives insights from food “experts”. I was aware of most things on this list, but a good in-your-face reminder is always good.

6. Milk produced with artificial hormones (I was under the impression most all ‘local’ dairies don’t practice this. Was I wrong?)

So, I am sure that most of you are unaware that I work in grocery retail. I am the pricing coordinator at a local grocer. As a result, one thing I am good at is shopping for a bargain! I get the inside scoop on all upcoming Ads for my store. But most of the time, that doesn’t always allow for ‘healthy’ eating. And . . . it’s hard changing old shopping habits. Still, I really need to put more effort to shop conscientiously. It’s hard, living on a limited income. I, like most Americans struggle, living paycheck-to-paycheck. (true confessions!)
As far as the ‘list’ goes, I stay away from most of them. How about you???
